Base Salary: $68,000 – $83,000  

Bonus Range: $10,000-$15,000  

TYRONE GLOVER LAW, LLC is a civil rights, plaintiff’s employment, criminal defense, and  personal injury law firm committed to fighting for the marginalized and advancing equality  under the law. We are seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated Associate Lawyer  to join our dynamic team. 

As an Associate Lawyer at Tyrone Glover Law, you will have the opportunity to work on  a wide range of cases, including but not limited to cases involving employment discrimination,  police misconduct, First Amendment rights, prison/jail abuse and wrongdoing, criminal defense,  and personal injury. You will be an integral part of our legal team, working closely with  experienced attorneys to advocate for our clients in all aspects of litigation. The ideal candidate  for this position will have a demonstrated commitment to social justice advocacy, possess excellent research and writing skills, is self-motivated, technologically proficient, organized,  detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. 

Responsibilities:  

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. 

• Draft legal documents, including representation letters, complaints, motions, demands,  and briefs. 

• Assist in client interviews and case investigations. 

• Litigate cases in state and federal courts; propound and review discovery, draft  pleadings and motions, and prepare for and participate in court hearings and trials. • Review and investigate inquiries for legal assistance. 

• Collaborate with the legal team on case development and strategy. 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil rights laws and advancements.

Qualifications:  

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 

• Admission to and good standing with the Colorado bar. 

• 1-3 years of experience in civil rights law or related fields. 

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. 

• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities. 

• High-level technological proficiency. 

• Demonstrated passion for civil rights and commitment to social justice advocacy and  EDI. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards in the legal profession.
